INFORMATION -

Our Luxury Shepard Huts are open all year round in the wonderful Peak District setting.
​
Check in is strictly after 14.00hrs unless prior arrangement has been agreed (please advise estimated time of arrival)
Parking - We have a car park a short walk from the Shepherds huts. Sorry we do not allow cars on the field at any time.
​
Accessibility - There is a stone path to each hut, with solar lighting, each hut has 4 steps to access them, we have added anti slip strips however the steps can get slippery in wet weather so please be careful.

Pets - Sorry we do not accept pets
The Farm - We are a working beef farm and have an array of farm pets. Please do not feed any of the animals. There will be farm machinery moving round the farm and also deliveries, please be mindful of these if walking round the farm.

The Village Longnor is a 2 minute walk from the farm. We have a General Store, Post Office, Cobbles Café, The Merchants House Kitchen, Cheshire Cheese pub and Chip Shop. Opening days and times vary but we have included menus and opening information in this pack. Due to Covid 19 it is advisable to book in advance if you require to dine in.

Extras - We can decorate the hut if you are staying for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary and we have even had a few engagements. Please let me know at the time of the booking or at least 48hrs before arrival so we can accommodate you.

Children - Please be aware that our shepherds hut can only sleep 2 people, we are an adult only site and unfortunately children cannot be accommodated for.
Smoking - All our huts are strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING inside. Anyone found to be smoking will be liable for the cost of a full deep clean and any inconvenience caused to the following guest bookings.

Damages and Breakages - Please take care when staying in our property, you are liable for any damages or breakages which you cause. We understand accidents do happen; all we ask is you report any incidents as they occur so we can rectify them as quickly as possible.
Fire Pits - Each hut has a designated Fire pit on a stone flag, please do not move the fire pits or cook directly on the grassed area, If you wish to cook on the firepit we ask you leave the tools clean, alternatively we also provide disposable BBQ. Please only dispose of the BBQ in the bins provided once it has gone cold to avoid bin fires.

Leaving the huts - Please leave the huts as you found them, we do not expect you to clean them or remove any bedding, but we ask that you place all rubbish in the bins provided and wash up any dirty dishes. Checkout is strictly no later than 10.00 as we need to deep clean after every guest following Covid 19 guidelines. Please leave the Key in the door or on the table.
